Green Edulis Fungus Exploration Center
of Agricultural Information Institute of Science and Technology
,Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences, is a scientific research
institute. The center counts on the technical force of Supervision and Testing
Center for Edible Fungus Quality (Shanghai) ,Ministry of
Agriculture, and of the personnel returning after studying abroad.
The center has made great achievements in definite education for
effective ingredients, maximizing active ingredients and selecting
and breeding edible fungus strains. To ensure polysaccharide product
safety and high quality, the products are produced according to GMP
standards, with components being identified in each productive
process, and physics and chemistry indexes being controlled
according to the health food standards made by Ministry of Public
Health. Owning 850 mu cultivated base and 3200 farmers spreading all
over mountainous area of south Zhejiang and Dabie mountain, the
center has preponderance in terms of raw materials. The center
enjoys the special favour of nature in environment without any
industrial or residential pollution, and became export-oriented base
and the base of raw material for pharmaceutical factories of
Shanghai and Beijing . Persisting in the idea of selecting the
essence of fungus and pursuing the quality of life, the center takes
high quality, low price and honesty as cardinal principle. With the
change of market, the center will constantly bring forth new
products to meet consumer demand.
